PEG Raw Materials – Polyethylene glycol is manufactured through polymerization of epoxide yielding terminal hydroxyl groups. With different initiators, polymerization produces mPEG-OH, HO-PEG-OH, Bn-PEG-OH, multi-armed 4-Arm and 8-Arm PEG-OH. Characterization by GPC and MALDI to measure molecular weight and polydispersity index (PDI).
